Return policy
We will replace any DVD that is defective from manufacturing standpoint, we will not replace any DVD or VHS due to incompatibility issues with your DVD player, in the case of incompatibility we will only replace the DVD with a VHS cassette.
Due to the product being sold, we will not refund any amounts but only exchange as mentioned above.

PRIOR YEARS
For prior years graduations, most schools we have at least 12 years of VHS's and/or DVD's.
We have done graduations for Tracy High, West High, Jefferson School, Banta School, St. Bernard's school, Tom Hawkins and Clover Middle School.
To purchase a prior year, please use the current year graduation order form or use the online current year checkout, look for the "special instructions" field and write in the year you wish to purchase, you may contact us in adavnce to verify that we have the year you need.

1- We use Paypal to process all of our on-line orders, this way Ferreira Video does not receive any private information on our clients.
